Genroku

This is an appetizer called Miso Soup.  When I first saw it I thought it was an interesting kind of soup.  When I tried it, I tasted a different kind of soupy flavor in which it tasted like salt and onions together to where it makes a kind of creamy flavor.  I think that the Miso soup is a very good dish to start out with in this meal because I think it complements the entree.  I give it a Five-star rating!
I am the kind of kid that would like spicy food.  If you like spicy food then you should definitely try the Volcano Roll.  This roll has fried craw fish and the sauce really goes together well with it.  The sushi is at the base of the dish...I get really excited about eating this part because it is made to stack the craw fish, sauce, and sushi to create the perfect flavor in your mouth!  It has a crispy flavor at first..and then you can actually start tasting the creamy sauce that goes together well with the sushi rice.  This makes a nice flavor until your throat catches on fire!  When I ate this dish, I had to ask the waiter for several glasses of water!  I give this dish 4 stars because it was too spicy.  Otherwise, it was a great dish.
Seaweed Salad.  A good kind of dish if you like to work out your mouth.  Why?  Because if you would like to chew something frequently then Seaweed Salad is your kind of deal! It's taste is very interesting.  It first taste sweet, but only for one millisecond.  Then it tastes neutrally salty.  And then you have to chew for like, 10 minutes.  I give it 3 stars just because I'm too lazy to chew.
Kung Pao Chicken...not Kung Pow the movie...but a nice chicken dish.  This dish indeed is a fine dish.  It can seriously pack a punch though!  When it first enters your mouth  you can feel a mild taste of spice which will soon go away.  The rice next to it tastes good with the chicken and gives it an extra  starchy flavor for the spice.  I give this dish 5 stars..but just make sure not to eat the red torpedo peppers!
California roll.  Now this is kinda your everyday sushi-at-the-store deal.  You know: crab meat, avocado, seaweed, and rice...all the good stuff.  The dish comes well served in nice rows.  Usually you would have soy sauce with this..and I highly recommend it! Otherwise it's pretty dry and boring.  This has a 4 star rating.
NOW the Mango Ice Cream!  YAY!  It comes well prepared in its wavy clear bowl.  But what matters most is its taste.  It was good because it could seriously extinguish all the spicy food I ate earlier.  The dish is very calming.  It is very creamy with a mango flavor.  The cream and the mango compliment each other well.  Whenever you first taste it you can feel a blast of cooled air..and then you will start tasting a very nice...descent...taste.  I give this 1000 stars! :)

Genroku-My favorite sushi!

This is a good place to start out with because I like sushi a lot and this is something that I would encourage you to go to.  Whenever I first came here I thought it would be a good restaurant, and when you open the door you can see lots and lots of people eating there.  So I knew from the start that it was going to be a good restaurant.
